Refund Policy

1. General Policy — All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases on EventsKona are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or materially changed by the organizer. By completing a purchase you agree to this policy. We strongly encourage you to review event details carefully before buying.
2. Event Cancellations by Organizer
If an organizer cancels an event, attendees are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price paid. EventsKona will process refunds within 7–10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed in the system. The 1.5% platform service fee is non-refundable.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. Event Postponements
If an event is postponed to a new date, tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds are not automatically issued for postponements. If you cannot attend the new date, please contact the organizer directly via the event page.
4. Ticket Transfers
Where permitted by the organizer, tickets may be transferred to another person through the EventsKona platform. Transferred tickets are subject to the same non-refundable policy. EventsKona is not responsible for transfers arranged outside the platform.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to attend an event does not entitle you to a refund. Tickets are time-bound and have no cash value after the event date has passed.
6. Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase duplicate tickets for the same event, contact EventsKona support at support@eventskona.com within 24 hours of purchase. We will review the request on a case-by-case basis.
7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting EventsKona support may result in account suspension. We work to resolve issues fairly and promptly — please reach out before escalating with your bank.
8. How to Request a Refund
For eligible refunds (event cancellation):
- You will be notified by email when a cancellation is confirmed.
- No action is required — refunds are processed automatically.
- If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, contact us at support@eventskona.com.
